800 g PUMPKIN
100 g POTATOES
50 g ONIONS
50 g CELERY STICKS
1/2 CHICKEN STOCK CUBE
600 ml WATER
- Peel the vegetables and dice.
- Place the vegetables in the bowl fitted with the ultrablade knife. Add the chicken stock cube and 600 ml of water. Launch the P1 soup program at 100°C for 35 mins.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
Tips and Tricks
TIP You could replace the pumpkin with butternut squash or make half pumpkin, half carrots.
