Red Berry Coulis
200 g STRAWBERRIES
200 g CHERRIES
50 g SUGAR
50 ml WATER
- Wash the fruits, cut the strawberries in halves and deseed the cherries.
- Place the fruits, 50 ml of water, and the sugar into the bowl fitted with the ultrablade knife.
- Turn on the Cuisine Companion on to speed 7 at 80°C for 15 mins.
- Mix on Turbo for 10 s, leave to cool and serve.
