Seafood, Feta & Dill Risoni

Serves 6 people


1 brown onion – peeled, cut into quarters

1 large clove garlic

200ml Olive Oil

I tablespoon lemon thyme

500g fresh seafood marinara mix (or your selection of seafood)

1 cup of white wine

250g risoni pasta

1 can diced tomatoes

200g firm feta (Dodoni) crumbled

½ bunch flat leaf parsley

¼ bunch dill


  1. Boil the risoni pasta according to instructions on the packet, drain and toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Set aside
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into quarters and place in the Cuisine Companion with the thyme using the Ultra Blade, pulse for 10 seconds. Scrape down sides with spatula.
  3. Replace the Ultra Blade with the stirrer and cook using Slow Cook P1 at 130 for 5 minutes.
  4. Add in the seafood white wine and tomatoes and cook P2 at 100 degrees for 10 minutes
  5. Add the cooked risoni pasta, crumbled fetta, parsley and dill and cook on P2 at 100 degrees for 5 minutes
  6. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving

Tips and Tricks

This is delicious served with some crusty bread and a fresh green salad.
